Nemus\u00edte dokl\u00e1dat sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy, nevad\u00ed ani n\u00edzk\u00e9 da\u0148ov\u00e9 p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed u podnikatel\u016f. Spl\u00e1cet m\u016f\u017eete a\u017e 30 let a z\u00edsk\u00e1te a\u017e neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 70% z odhadu nemovitosti.
